    Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver our services. Each provider is vetted for security and privacy practices.

    • Stripe — payment processing and billing.
    • Daily.co — video calling infrastructure for coaching sessions.
    • Lovable Cloud — backend database, authentication, and file storage.
    • Pipecat — real-time audio/video pipeline management.
    • Tavus — AI-powered video generation features (where applicable). Where these features process facial or voice data to generate video content, this may constitute biometric data under applicable law. We only process such data with your explicit, separately obtained consent, and you may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting other services.

These providers may process personal data on our behalf under strict data-processing agreements that comply with GDPR and other applicable regulations.

    International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers (including Stripe, Daily.co, Tavus, and Lovable Cloud) process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an applicable adequacy decision to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection. You may request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us at info@growo.me.
