By accessing or using the Growo platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Growo operates an online coaching marketplace that connects individuals seeking personal and professional growth ("Clients") with verified coaches and facilitators ("Coaches"). The platform enables discovery, booking, payment, and video-session hosting.

Growo does not provide coaching services directly. Coaches are independent professionals, and Growo acts solely as a technology platform facilitating connections, scheduling, and payments.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and booking.
• Attend scheduled sessions or cancel with reasonable notice (minimum 24 hours).
• Treat Coaches with respect and professionalism.
• Use the platform solely for lawful purposes.

Coaches agree to:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date profiles and credentials.
• Honor scheduled sessions or provide adequate notice of cancellation.
• Deliver services in a professional, ethical manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws and industry standards in their jurisdiction.

• Commission: Growo retains a 20% platform commission on all coaching session payments. The remaining 80% is transferred to the Coach.
• Processing: all payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to ours.
• Cancellation policy: Clients may cancel a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Refund policy: if a Coach fails to attend a scheduled session without adequate notice, the Client is entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the missed session.
• Payouts: Coach payouts are processed weekly, subject to Stripe's processing timelines and any applicable holding periods for new accounts.

Growo may offer AI-powered features, including but not limited to session summaries, coaching insights, and content recommendations.

Important: AI-generated content is for informational and supplementary purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

Coaches are responsible for their own professional judgment and should not rely on AI outputs as a replacement for their expertise or ethical obligations.

All content, branding, software, and materials on the Growo platform are the property of Growo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Growo's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Growo in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Portuguese Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
