How We Verify Our Coaches

We check certifications

Every coach submits their coaching credential, and we confirm it directly with the organisation that issued it — ICF, EMCC, iPEC or another recognised body. If a certificate can't be traced to its issuer, the application stops here.

We hold a video interview

Each coach meets our team on a live video call. We talk through their training, the clients they work with, how they structure a coaching relationship, and where they draw the line between coaching and clinical care.

We review client references

Coaches provide references from people they have actually coached. We contact them and ask about reliability, professionalism and what changed for the client.

Identity and background

We verify identity against a government-issued ID and run a third-party background check before a profile goes live.

Ongoing standards

Verification isn't one-and-done. Credentials are re-checked at renewal, client feedback is reviewed continuously, and coaches who fall short of our standards are removed from the platform.
